You can submit your question to Support via the web using an Avid Support Code (ASC). Customers receive one complimentary ASC with their product upon registration. If you purchased your product before April26, 2012, your ASC will be located with the product serial number on the DVD wallet/sleeve for physical products, or on the download page for downloadable products. Your ASC is valid for Online Assisted Support. Typical response times are 24 - 48 business hours.
Important: This ASC is valid for unlimited complimentary support for 30 days after the date of registration. |
